Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders (USA) are delivered within 5-8 business days for standard shipping, or 2-3 business days for express. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on your location. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the USA. International orders have flat-rate shipping fees based on region.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also use our Track Order page at any time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at support@dripwave.store if you need to make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@dripwave.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer size and color exchanges where stock is available. Contact us before sending your item back to confirm availability.
Products & Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Our pieces are generally true to size with a relaxed, premium fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for an oversized look or staying true to size for a fitted silhouette.
Are your products limited edition?
Most of our drops are limited. Once a style sells out, it typically does not restock. We recommend purchasing when you see something you love — it may not be available next time.
How do I care for my Drip Wave pieces?
To preserve quality, we recommend cold machine wash or hand wash, inside out. Avoid tumble drying — hang or lay flat to dry. Do not iron directly on prints or graphics.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.
